Hi, I'm Harrison. I build AI that does real work.
I trained in computer science through Harvard's CS50, the university's world-famous computer science course. Since then I've focused on one thing: using AI to save people time and win them more work.

How long does a phone screen repair take?
Many common phone screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often within a few hours of your appointment. Some models need parts ordered in. We'll tell you the timing when we quote.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All repairs and in-store visits are by appointment only, so we can have your parts ready and give your device our full attention. Send the form or call with your device, the fault and a time that suits, and we'll confirm your appointment. Please wait for our confirmation before coming in.
Do you charge by the hour?
For most repairs we give you a fixed price upfront, so you know exactly what you'll pay before we start. Bigger IT projects are quoted in writing.
Do you sell refurbished devices?
Yes. We sell both new and quality-checked refurbished phones, tablets and laptops. Refurbished is a great way to get a premium device for less, and every device comes with a warranty.
Can you fix my computer without me coming in?
Often, yes. With remote support we connect to your computer over a secure screen-share while you watch. It's great for software problems, email, printers and slow computers.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Harrison, our AI specialist, who completed Harvard's CS50 computer science course and personally plans and builds the AI systems, websites and smart home setups. You deal with the person doing the work.
Can you revamp my existing website without losing my Google ranking?
Yes. We keep your existing page addresses or redirect them properly, carry over what Google already likes about your site, and improve speed, mobile layout and local SEO. Most revamped sites do better on Google, not worse.
I'm not techy. Is AI automation really for my business?
Yes, and that's exactly who it's for. You don't need to understand how it works. We find the repetitive jobs that eat your time, build the automation for you and look after it. You just see the time come back.
Will an AI receptionist sound like a robot?
Modern AI voices are very natural and can hold a real conversation. They answer questions, take bookings and can pass calls to you when a human is needed. We'll give you a demo so you can hear it yourself.
What does managed IT cost?
It's a flat monthly fee per device or per user, based on the plan and how many people you have. Tell us about your business and we'll send a clear quote with no lock-in surprises.
Can the smart home work with what I already have?
Usually, yes. We work with Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home, and many existing lights, speakers, TVs and aircons can be brought in. We'll check what you've got and build around it.
Can I watch my security cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every camera system we install is set up on your phone, so you can watch live, get alerts and play back recordings from anywhere, including 4G cameras on rural properties.
